8 men in 45/4 days=1work
8 men 1 day=4/45
8 men after 3 days =4/15
work left = 11/15
10 men in 1 day =1/9
10 men in 'a' day = 11/15
=>a/9= 11/15
=>a=33/5=6.6 days
They will complete it in 6.6 days
