True.

If we divide 1 centimeter by 1 millimeter: (1/100)/(1/1000)=(1∗1000)/(100∗1)=1000/100=10(1/100)/(1/1000)=(1∗1000)/(100∗1)=1000/100=10

The rule used to divide a fraction by another fraction and taking the reciprocal of the second fraction. So a centimeter is equal to 10 millimeters. A centimeter is bigger than a millimeter. Centimeter rounds like century. And century indicates 100 years. Safely speaking Cent means 100.
