Let the present age of a be x and b be y
As per the question 10+x=2(y+10)
x-2y=10 ->(i)
x-5=3(y-5)
x-3y=(-10) ->(ii)
Solve by elimination method
x-2y=10
-(x-3y=-10)
y=20
x=10+2y = 50
