Tertiary carbocation is more stable then secondary
carocation which is stronger than primary carbocation. Why?

Order of stability of carbocation is as follows :
Tertiary > Secondary > Primary
The reason behind this order is that in tertiart carbocation we have three electron donating groups i.e the alkyl groups which decreases the electron deficiency on Carbon atom having positive charge. Tertiary has more no. of electron donating groups as compare to secondary and secondary has more electron donating groups than primary thus on the basis of this electron donating group tertiary carbocation is more stable.
