Following factors can be reasons for rising importance of tertiary sector:

first in any country several services like hospitals banks insurance are required. These can be said as a basic service which are responsibility of the government in developing country

second the development of agriculture and industry leads to the development of service such as transport , trade,storage etc thus greater the development of primary and secondary sector more the demand of such services

third as income rises certain sections of peoples are demanding most services like eating out shopping Etc

forth over the past decade, certain new service like those based on information ,communication technology have become important the production of these services having rising rapid
