the divisibility rule of 3 is that the sum of the digits of the number must be divisible by 3 and in case of 9 it should be divisible by 9.
I) 1839 -
1+8+3+9 = 21
21 is divisible by 3 therefore 1839 is also divisible by 3
but 21 is not divisible by 9 so 1839 is also not divisible by 9
ii) 236637-
2+3+6+6+3+7= 27
27 is divisible by 3 and 9 both so 236637 is also divisible by 3 and 9.
I) 1839 -

21 is divisible by 3 therefore 1839 is also divisible by 3
but 21 is not divisible by 9 so 1839 is also not divisible by 9
ii) 236637-

27 is divisible by 3 and 9 both so 236637 is also divisible by 3 and 9.
