For divisible by 3 sum of all numbers should be equal to a number which is in its multiple like in this case

9+9+9+9+9 = 45

We know that 45 is multiple of 3 so it will divide by 3.

Same for 9

Addition should be multiple of 9

Here , 9+9+9+9+9 = 45

It is multiple of 9 so it will divide with 9.

Hope it helps.

Step-by-step explanation:divisibility of 9 is sum of the digits should be divisible by 9

So, 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 is equal to 45

4Plus5 is equal to 9

So, it's divisible by 9

The same is the rule for the divisibility of 3 so, 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 is equal to 45 4+ 5 is equal to 9 so, 9 is divisible by 3 and hence 99999 is divisible by 3
