All of them are ionic except for the last one, I think. Mainly because carbon and hydrogen form covalent bonding. The rest others are ionic bonds since electrons aren't shared. They are taken or acquired.
I'm not entirely sure, but I'm assuming this is the answer from the general knowledge of hydrocarbons..
