if a number ends with even number such as 0,2,4 etc then it is divisible by 2

ex: 24 ...the number ends with 4 which is a even number

...so it is divisible by 2

divisibility of 3

if the sum of number is divisible by 3 then the number is divisible by 3

ex: 33

its sum is 6 which is divisible by 3

therefore 33 Is divisible by 3

divisibility of 4

if the last two digits of the number is divisible by 4 then the number is divisible by 4

ex: 120

its last number is 20 which is divisible by 4

divisibility of 5

if the number ends with 0 or 5 then the number is divisible by 5

ex : 45 its last number is 5 so it is divisible by 5

divisibility of 6

if the number is divisible by both 3 and 2 then the number is is divisible by 6

ex: 24

it is both divisible by 2 and 3 so it is divisible by 6

divisibility of 9

if the sum of the digits of the given number is divisible by 9 then the number is divisible by 9

ex 99

it's sum is 18 which is divisible by 9 ....therefore it is divisible by 9

divisibility of 10

if the number ends with 0 then it is divisible by 10

ex: 60

the number ends with 0 therefore it is divisible by 10
