How to find X here ?
I came upto this step and don't know how to find the value of x. In NEET and JEE, calculator/logbook won't be given to find log value or antilog value. In this case, how to handle these kind of situations ?

That's because the Present Perfect Continuous tense puts strong emphasis on the continuing action — the fact that the counting is still going on (or otherwise unfinished) between “before now” and “now.” The passive voice takes away the emphasis and puts it artificially on the object.
