 {({ - 0.3})^{2}  \times ( \frac{ - 1.4}{0.07} )} - 0.78

REMOVING THE DECIMALS

( - 0.3 \times  - 0.3) \times  (\frac{ - 1.4}{0.07}  \times  \frac{100}{100} ) - 0.78

0.09 \times (  \frac{ - 140}{7} ) - 0.78

CANCELLATION

(0.09 \times  - 20) - 0.78

 - 1.80 \:  - 0.78

-2.58
