well x can be expressed in terms of m using formula
x= \frac{-b+ \sqrt{b^2-4ac} }{2a}, \frac{-b- \sqrt{b^2-4ac} }{2a}
x=\frac{-2(1+3m)+ \sqrt{4(1+3m)^2-4(1+m)(1+8m)} }{2(1+m)}, \\ \frac{-2(1+3m)- \sqrt{4(1+3m)^2-4(1+m)(1+8m)} }{2(1+m)}
