(2 {}^{ - 1}  \div 5 {}^{ - 1} ) \times  (\frac{ - 5}{8} ) {}^{ - 1}  \\  \\ ( \frac{1}{2}  \div  \frac{1}{5} ) \times ( \frac{ - 8}{5} ) \\  \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{5}{1}  \times ( \frac{ - 8}{5} ) \\  \\  \frac{ - 8}{2}  \\  \\  =  - 4

Hence, the answer is (-4)
