(2⁴ x 2^5)÷ 2^8

since \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  {a}^{m}  +  {a}^{n}  =  {a}^{m + n}

 =  >  \:  {2}^{4 + 5}  \div  {2}^{8}

 =  >  \:  \:  {2}^{9}  \div  {2}^{8}

since \\   {a}^{m}  \div  {a}^{n }  =  {a}^{m - n}

 =  >  \:  \:  {2}^{9 - 8}
