(2a²+9)(2a²+5)

= 2(2a²+5).a²+9(2a²+5)

= 4a²+10a²+9(2a²+5)

= 4a²+10a²+18a²+45

= 4a²+28a+45

Therefore, the answer is 4a⁴ + 28a² + 45

 = (2a^{2}  + 9)(2a^{2}  + 5) \\  = (2a^{2})^{2}  + (9 + 5)2a^{2}  + 9 \times 5 \\  = 4a ^{4}  + 14a^{2}  + 45

Since, {(x+a)(x+b) = x square + (a+b)x + ab}

hope it will help u
