Hope u like my process
=====================
25x(x + 1) =  - 4 \\ \\  or. \:  \: 25x + 25 {x}^{2}  =  - 4 \\  \\ or. \:  \: 25 {x}^{2}  + 25x + 4 = 0 \\  \\ or. \:  \: 25 {x}^{2}   + 20x + 5x + 4 = 0 \\  \\ or. \:  \: 5x(5x + 4) + 1(5x + 4) = 0 \\  \\ or. \:  \: (5x + 1)(5x + 4) = 0 \\  \\ so..either \:  \: x \:  =  -  \frac{1}{5}  \\  \\ or..x =  -  \frac{4}{5}
Hope this is ur required answer
