2 {x}^{2}  + 19x - 10 \\    =   2 {x}^{2}  + (20 - 1)x - 10 \\  = 2 {x}^{2}  + 20x - x - 10 \\  = 2x(x + 10) - 1(x + 10) \\  = (2x - 1)(x + 10)

\pink{x = -10}

\pink{x = \dfrac{1}{2}}

\mathfrak{\underline{\underline{\red{Explanation:-}}}}

\mathbf{let, {2x}^{2}+19x-10= 0}

Now,

\mathbf{{2x}^{2}+20x-x -10 = 0}

\mathbf{2x(x+10)-1(x+10)= 0}

\mathbf{(x+10)(2x-1)= 0}

\boxed{\green{x = -10}}

\boxed{\green{x = \dfrac{1}{2}}}
