Given:-

 =  > 3 +  \frac{1}{2 \times 3}

Therefore:-

 =  > 3 +   \frac{1}{6}

 =  >  \frac{18 + 1}{6}

 =  >  \frac{19}{6}  = 3.17(rounded \: off)

 =  >3  \frac{1}{6}

The answer is 19/6 if written in fractions.
