 \sqrt{2 -  \sqrt{x} }   =  \frac{1}{3}

2 -  \sqrt{x}  =  \frac{1}{9}

\sqrt{x}  = 2 -  \frac{1}{9}

\sqrt{x}  = \frac{18 - 1}{9}

\sqrt{x}  =  \frac{17}{9}

 x = {( \frac{17}{9} )}^{2}

 x = \frac{289}{81}
