\textbf{\large{\underline{\underline{Answer :}}}}

x = 5

\textbf{\large{\underline{\underline{Explanation :}}}}

 \frac{30}{x}  -  \frac{30}{2x}  = 3

 \frac{30 \times 2}{x \times 2} -  \frac{30}{2x}   = 3

 \frac{60}{2x}  -  \frac{30}{2x}  = 3

 \frac{30}{2x}  = 3

30 = 3 \times 2x

30 = 6x

x =  \frac{30}{6}

x = 5

Verification :

 \frac{30}{5}  -  \frac{30}{2(5)}  = 3

6 -  \frac{30}{10}  = 3

6 - 3 = 3

3 = 3

{\boxed{\boxed{x = 5}}}
