compairing with quadratic equation ax^2+bx+c=0
we get a=3
B=-8√3
c=16
x =  \frac{ - b +  -  \sqrt{b {}^{2}  - 4ac} }{2a}  \\  \frac{ - ( - 8 \sqrt{3}) +  -  \sqrt{(8 \sqrt{3} ) {}^{2}  - 4 \times 3 \times 16}  }{2 \times 3}  \\  \frac{8 \sqrt{3}  +  -  \sqrt{192 - 192} }{6}  \\  \frac{8 \sqrt{3} }{6}  \\  \frac{4 \sqrt{3} }{3}
this is the solution to the answer.
hope this helps you.
