Answer:

3 {x}^{2}  -  x - 4 \\  = 3 {x}^{2} - (4 - 3)x - 4 \\  = 3 {x}^{2}   - 4x + 3x - 4 \\  = x(3x - 4)1(3x - 4)  \\  = (3x - 4)(x + 1)

By the method of of prime factorisation .. we can solve this question

Now According to question:-

\sf 3x{}^{2}-x-4\\ \sf 3x{}^{2}-(4-3)x-4\\ \sf 3x{}^{2}-4x+3x-4\\ \sf x(3x-4)-1(3x-4)\\ \sf (3x-4) (x-1)

Then find the zero's

\sf 3x-4=0\\ \sf 3x=4\\ \sf x=\frac{4}{3}\\ \ x-1=0\\ \sf x=1

Factors :--

\boxed{\red{(3x-4)(x-1)}}

Zero's:-

\boxed{\red{(\frac{4}{3},1)}}
