Given,

4 +  \sqrt{3  \:  }  -  \sqrt{7}  +  \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{7}  \\  -  \sqrt{7}  \: and \:  +  \sqrt{7}  \: will \: \: get \: cancelled \: out \\

 +  \sqrt{3}  \: and \:  +  \sqrt{3} will \: be \: added \\  \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{3}  = 2 \sqrt{3}

so, the answer will become-

4 + 2 \sqrt{3}
