\huge\mathfrak\pink{Solution}

Given :-

4(x+ 2)^{2}  \:  - 13(x - 2) \:   + 10 \:

(4x + 8)^{2}  \:  - 13x  \:   +  26 \:   +  10 \:

Using Identity :-

(a + b)^{2}  \:  =a^{2}  + b^{2}  \:    +  2ab \:

4x ^{2}  + 8 ^{2}  + 2 \times 4x \times 8 \:  - 13x \:   +  26 \:  + 10

16x ^{2}  + 64 \:  + 64x \:  - 13x \:   + 26 \:  + 10

16x ^{2} + 64 \:  + 51x \:   +  26 \:  + 10 \:

16x^{2}  + 51x  +  \: \: 64 \:   +  26 \:  + 10 \:

16x^{2}  + 51x \:  + 90 \:  +  \: 10 \:  \:

16x ^{2}  + 51x \:  + 100 \:
