 =  > 4x {}^{2}  + 27x + 35 = 0 \\  =  > 4x {}^{2}  + 20x + 7x + 35 = 0 \\  =  > 4x(x +5 ) + 7(x + 5) = 0 \\  =  > (4x + 7)(x + 5) = 0 \\  =  > 4x + 7 = 0 \\  =  > 4x =  - 7 \\  =  > x =  -  \frac{7}{4}  \\  \\ or \\  \\  =  > x + 5 = 0 \\  =  > x =  - 5 \\  \\ hence \:  \: (x =  -  \frac{7}{4}  \:  \:  \:  - 5)
