HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MATE.....;

eq {}^{n} (1.) =   >  - 2x {}^{2}  + 4x - 4

 =  >  - x {}^{2}  + 2x - 2

eq {}^{n} (2.) =   >  - x {}^{2}  - 4x + 2

IF WE SUBTRACT 2-1 WE GET

 =  >   - 6x =  - 4

 =  > x =  \frac{2}{3}

HOPE ITS HELPFUL.....:-)

Subtract \: (2 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 4) \:  from \:  (2 - 4x -  {x}^{2} ) \\ ( -  {x}^{2}  - 4x + 2) - (2 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 4) \\  -  {x}^{2}  - 4x + 2 - 2 {x}^{2}  - 4 x + 4 \\  - 3 {x}^{2}  - 8x + 6 \\  - (3 {x}^{2}  + 8x - 6)
