 {7}^{2}  +  \frac{7x}{2}  +  \frac{3}{4}

 {7}^{2} + \frac{7x}{2} + \frac{3}{4}

 {7}^{2}  +  \frac{7x}{2}  +  \frac{3}{4}  =  \frac{4 \times 49 + 14x + 3}{4}

 =  \frac{196 + 14x + 3}{4}  =  \frac{199 + 14x}{4}

199 + 14x = 0

14x =  - 199

x =    - \frac{199}{14}  = 14.21
