Answer : (x-2y+1)(9x-18y-13)

Solution :

9(x - 2y)² - 4(x - 2y) - 13

Let, (x - 2y) = t

=> 9t² - 4t - 13

=> 9t² + 9t - 13t - 13

=> 9t(t + 1) -13(t + 1)

=> (t + 1)(9t - 13)

On putting the value of t :

(x - 2y + 1) [9(x - 2y) - 13]

=> (x - 2y + 1)(9x - 18y - 13)

I hope it will be helpful for you ☺️
