given...... \\ 9y = 3y {}^{2}  -  4y +  \sqrt{11}  \\ 3y {}^{2}  - 4y - 9y +  \sqrt{11 }  = 0 \\ 3y {}^{2}  - 13y +  \sqrt{11}  = 0
