As per Given

 =  > a {}^{2}  - a(x + 3b) + 3bx \\  =  >  {a}^{2}  - ax - 3ab + 3bx  \\  =  > a(a - x) - 3b(a - x) \\  =  > (a - 3b)(a - x)

In order to find zero of quadratic equation with variable a

so \\ (a - 3b)(a - x) = 0 \\ a = 3b \: and \: a = x
