A²-b² is answer. ........

a³-b³ = (a-b)³ = (a-b)(a-b)(a-b). ok now on putting this in question.......

=(a-b)(a-b)(a-b)/a-b. ok now

=(a-b)(a-b). [ (a-b) is cancelled by a-b ]

=(a-b)²

=a²-b² ok now
