54km/h = 54000/3600 m/s = 15m/s

Time to cross pole =11 s

Hence length of train = v×t = 15× 11= 165 m

Time taken to cross platform = ( Length of platform+ length of train)/v = 165+240)/15 = 405/15 = 27 Second.
