You know that

f(f(0))=1,

then

f(1)=f(f(f(0)))=f(0)2−f(0)+1,(∗)

but also

f(f(1))=12−1+1=1,

so

f(1)=f(f(f(1)))=f(1)2−f(1)−1

and you can calculate f(1) from here, and then substitute its value in (∗)
