In a parallelogram, the opposite sides are equal.
So two sides of the parallelogram will be a abd the other two will be b.
The perimeter will be a+a+b+b = 2a+2b = 2(a+b)

hey mate here is solution...
Perimeter means total length of a particular figure....
As we know that the parallelogram ...has 2 sides equal length... so., we can write and add 2 sides... and in result it gives... 2( a+b)....
