1. a pedestrian should not use a cellphone while crossing the road because if we use the cellphone, a car may hit us or there can be a huge accident as we will be busy using our cellphones. so it is better not to use

2. a motorist should slow down while he passes a school or official building because there can be a huge accident as there are crowds and chaos of people. the motorists can't even honk because they are residential areas so it is better to slow down.

3. the motorists should always start early from home because there are big vehicles like lorries and trucks that are very risky to drive along with them. so a motorist should start early from home because early in the morning there is no traffic jam.
