Their ages before 10 years :

R = (x+10)-10 >equation.1

S = [(x+10)3-10]7
= 3x+30 - 10
= [3x - 20]7

==> 21x - 140 >equation.2

Now,
$(x + 10) - 10 = 21x - 140 \\ \\ x = 21x - 140 \\ \\ - 21x + x = 140 \\ \\ - 20x = - 140 \\ \\ x = 70$

Suresh=(7x+10+10)=(7x+20) years

Now Suresh age is also 3 times Ramesh age (x+20) ;After 10 years.
