Let the age of suresh and Ramesh be (x+10)3 and (x+10) respectively.

Their ages before 10 years :

R = (x+10)-10 >equation.1

S = [(x+10)3-10]7
= 3x+30 - 10
= [3x - 20]7

==> 21x - 140 >equation.2

Now,
(x + 10) - 10 = 21x - 140 \\ \\ x = 21x - 140 \\ \\ - 21x + x = 140 \\ \\ - 20x = - 140 \\ \\ x = 70

X + 10 = 80

kriti0: it is little correct
superjunior: wt is incorrect
kriti0: you can't mention the age of Suresh and Ramesh
pratyush4211: wrong
superjunior: ok

\underline{\mathbf{\huge{Question}}}

After 10 years,Ramesh age will be 3 times the age of Suresh and Ten years ago ,Ramesh age was 7 times the age of suresh .Find Their Present Age.

\underline{\mathbf{\huge{Answer}}}

Ramesh age is 7 times age of Suresh 10 years ago

Let Age 10 years ago

Ramesh was=x years

Suresh was=7x years

Present Age.

Ramesh=(x+10) years

Suresh=(7x+10) years

After 10 years

Ramesh=(x+10+10)=(x+20) years

Suresh=(7x+10+10)=(7x+20) years

Now Suresh age is also 3 times Ramesh age (x+20) ;After 10 years.

A/Q

7x+20=3(x+20)

7x+20=3x+60

7x-3x=60-20

4x=40

x=40/4

x=10

Present Age of Suresh=x+10=10+10=20

Present Age of Ramesh=7x+10=7×10+10=80

\boxed{\mathbf{\huge{Suresh=20\:years}}}

\boxed{\mathbf{\huge{Ramesh=80\:years}}}
