I stood still where I was standing. I could not guess who is there . Anyhow, I mustard up courage and reached to the windowsill of the room , I uncovered the curtain of the window, through which I saw a shadow of a man, but the man was not appearing due to some gab, I was sure that ,he is any miscreant knocking at door.

I decided to open the door , stepped towards door and opened the door , I was shocked they are none other but my family members , due to rain , the train was cancelled and they came back..

It was too scary night.

An act of bravery

One night, I and my pet were all alone in the house because my parents had to go to attend my cousin's marriage. Then suddenly, at midnight I heard some sound. I was scared but had my pet, Fluffy with me.

The sound was coming from my parent's bedroom. The sound level increased. I was shaking from fear. I hugged Fluffy tightly.

I heard a man's voice. Was there a thief in our house? I needed to check. I took Fluffy and a torch.

I tip toed to the bedroom. To my horror, I saw a burglar stealing things from the cupboard! I went to my room quietly and called the police. As I thought that rather than fighting with the thief it was better to inform the police.

The police came and caught the thief and I was praised for handling this situation in such a calm way.
