Given :-

The acceleration produced the velocity of car increases from 30 km per hour 90 km per hour in 0.2 minute

To Find :-

Acceleration

Solution :-

1 km/h = 5/18 m/s

30 km/h = 30 × 5/18 = 5 × 5/3 = 25/3 m/s

90 km/h = 90 × 5/18 = 5 × 5 = 25 m/s

0.2 min = 12 second

a = v - u/t

a = (25 - 25/3)/12

a = (75 - 25/3)/12

a = (50/3)/12

a = 50/3 × 1/12

a = 50/36

a = 1.38 m/s²

★ Explanation

in the given question we have

u=36 km/hr =36× 185

m/s=10m/s

v= 72 km/hr=72× 18 5

m/s=20m/s

t=10 s

a=?

we know the formula

v= u +at

20 = 10+ a 10

20-10 =10 a

10 = 10 a

a = 1 m/s 2
