First we want integer coefficient.

Multiply by 12. This will remove all fractions.

We have 24x^2-10x+1

Now, use splitting the middle term factorization.

24x^2-4x-6x+1

4x\times 6x-4x-6x+1

We have (4x-1)(6x-1)

Don't forget we multiplied by 12. This is not a correct answer.

Divide by 12.

\frac{1}{12} (4x-1)(6x-1) will be the correct answer.
