The number of observations = 10

median = 11

 \frac{1}{2} (( \frac{10}{2} thobservation \:  + ( \frac{10}{2}  + 1thobservation) \:

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (5th \: observation \:  +  \: 6th \: observation \: ) = 11
