as \: we \: know \: in \: multiplication \: the \: \\ powers \: add \: therefore : -  \\  \\  {2}^{10}  \times  {2}^{8}  =  {2}^{(10 + 8)}  \\  \\  {2}^{(10 + 8)}  =  {2}^{18}  \\  \\  \\ so \: the \: answer \: is : -  \\  \\  {2}^{10}  \times  {2}^{8}  =  {2}^{18}
