b = 2 c [even]

b = a²

Since a,b,c are digits they cannot be more than 9.

b can take values 1,4,9,0 (squares) but since only 4 and 0 are even they are accepted!

If b is 0,then a² will also be 0 and c will be 0 too.

Number will be 49000

And in the first case, a,b,c should never be zero!

Number that will form when b = 4 is :

a = 2 , c = 2

So number = 49242

Square root of this number = 221.91.
