TSA = πr(2h+r)
= 22/7×r/2×(2h+r/2)
=22/7×2h
h = 3.14/2
h = 1.57
=22/7×3.14
=69.08/7
= 9.86 sq.cm.

Total surface area of cone = πr(l+r)
Therefore it is given that
Radius of cone (r) = r/2
slant height of cone (l)=2h
therefore TSA of cone = =22/7×r/2(2h+r/2)
=11/7×r(2h+r/2)
=11r/7(4h+r/2)
