In △PQS, by angle sum property,

X + X + 60° = 180°

⇒ 2X = 120° ⇒ X = 60°

Now, in □ PQRS, by angle sum property,

∠P + ∠Q + ∠R + ∠S = 360°

⇒ (60°) + (X + Y) + (X + Y) + (30°) = 360°

⇒ 2(X + Y) = 270° ⇒ X + Y = 135°

⇒ 60° + Y = 135°

⇒ Y = 135° - 60° = 75°

∴ X = 60° and Y = 75°.
