Z+5/2-(Z-2)/3=4

3(Z+5)-2(Z-2)/6=4

3Z+15-2Z+4=24

Z+19=24

Z=5

Answer:

1/2(z+5) -1/3(z-2)=4

z/2 + 5/2 - z/3 + 2/3 = 4

3z + 15 - 2z + 4/6 = 4

z+ 19/6 =4

z +19 = 4 × 6

z + 19 = 24

z =24 -19

z = 5

When you put z=5, your answer will come 4.
