Here your answer:-

 { \frac{1}{4} x}^{2}  + 5x + 25 = 0

 \frac{ {x}^{2} + 20x + 100 }{4}  = 0

 {x}^{2}  + 10x + 10x + 100 = 0

x(x + 10) + 10(x + 10)

(x + 10)(x + 10)

x =  - 10
