 \frac{1}{x + 1}  \ +  \frac{3}{5x + 1}  =  \frac{5}{x + 4}
Solve using quadratic formula i.e
x =   \frac{ - b +  -  \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4ac } }{2a} |
