 \frac{15}{ - 3}  \times  \frac{ - 7}{3}  +  \frac{5}{1}  \times  \frac{4}{13}  \\  \\  =  \frac{5}{ - 3}  \times  \frac{ - 7}{1}  +  \frac{20}{13}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 35}{  - 3}  +  \frac{20}{13}  \\  \\  =  \frac{  35 \times 13 + 20 \times 3}{39}  \\  \\  =  \frac{455 + 60}{39}  \\  \\  =  \frac{515}{39}
