Here is the answer you were looking for:
 \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{1}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{2 \times 2 + 3 \times 3}{6}  =  \frac{1}{8}  \\  \\  \frac{4 + 9}{6}  =  \frac{1}{8}  \\  \\   \frac{13}{6}  =    \frac{1}{8}


Hence,
2/3 + 3/2 ≠ 1/8

( 2/3 + 3/2 is not equal to 1/8 )
