BODMAS

 \frac{ - 2}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{5}{6}  -  \frac{ - 3}{4}  \times  \frac{1}{12}

 =  \frac{ - 6}{12}  +  \frac{5}{6}  -  \frac{ - 3}{48}

 =  \frac{ - 6 \times  1 + 5 \times 2}{12}  -  \frac{ - 3}{48}

 =  \frac{4}{12}  -  \frac{ - 3}{48}

 =  \frac{4 \times 4 - ( - 3)}{48}

=

 \frac{19}{48}
